Is this using Disk Utility First Aid/Repair or chkdsk for the Bootcamp NTFS partition?

Can you describe what events caused this problem? Usually, you can boot in Windows Safe Mode or from the Windows Installer, run Repair or use command prompt and run chkdsk on C: .

i have connect my hard drive on the tv ( SAMSUNG) i have look a film and the next day i have this problem.
And usually i boot my hard drive with IOS EL CAPTAIN, i don't have windows.
If you are using a TV as a USB hub, try connecting the drive directly to the Mac and test.
